After allegedly being raised by penguins, Paul has a little bit of a problem, he shakes. Although it does feature a lot in his act, it is more of an ice breaker than a comedy device. The rest of his act is observation based and though he often hits easy targets, he has a perfect sense of timing for the duration of his exertly thought out set and leaves the audience with a satisfied feeling, not unlike eating warm mash.
