Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation

It's not often you get a radio programme that both makes you laugh and feel better about yourself, but as you sit and listen to Jeremy Hardy's politically astute points about the state of the world, you find yourself wholeheartedly agreeing and bristling with pride at the knowledge that, by nodding vigorously and saying "yes" at your radio at crucial points, you do not fit into the current state of political apathy that so many Brits find themselves in today.

With help from guests such as Gordon Kennedy and the marvellously versatile Rebecca Front, Jeremy makes light of everything from the present government to an irrational fear of bees. It's easy to listen to and intelligent... the very epitome of Radio 4 comedy.

So, if yoou fancy settling down to something a bit more mentally stimlating than "Friends" at 6:30 on a Thursday night, why not tune in?
